Processing Time:
The time to process and ship each item varies and will be noted in the individual descriptions. In general, all items will ship the next business day. However, items marked MADE TO ORDER will take longer to process as indicated in the listing. CLUB shipments will mail on the dates listed in the description and may be sent in multiple shipments.

Customs & Import Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges:
I want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If there is a problem please contact me within 7 days of receipt and I am sure we can work something out.
